I Wish You Where Here takes it’s title from a postcard (left) I purchased in a small shop in Amsterdam
while living there for a few months. It’s odd phrasing spoke to a specific longing for a person and a place.
I’ve since left Amsterdam, but the white sand beaches of this postcard remind me of the low, grey skies
and wet chill of the Netherlands in late Fall.
